DTG-DTF: halftone screening for direct and film printing

DTG-DTF converts an image with transparency into a controllable halftone screen: LPI, screen angle, dot shape and outline choke. It gives you printable gradients without halos on the film or the fabric.

The 300 DPI export keeps the resolution DTF and DTG printers require, so the file is production-ready with no extra steps.

How to use it

  1. Upload a PNG with a transparent background.
  2. Set LPI, screen angle and dot shape.
  3. Adjust the outline choke and check the preview.
  4. Export the halftone file at 300 DPI.
