Remove background: clean images before vectorising

A leftover background is the most common cause of wrong paths: vectorising picks up everything, including what you do not need. Remove Background isolates the subject and produces a clean transparent PNG, the correct starting point for any cutting or printing job.

The transparent PNG can be used straight away in the other Cutora Studio tools, for example to generate a layered SVG or a halftone for DTF.

How to use it

  1. Upload the photo to clean up.
  2. Remove the background and refine the edges.
  3. Download the transparent PNG.
  4. Use it in the vectorising or halftone tools.
